RotE Coruscant Combat Mission Bug

In the battle, the “No Confidence” special ability is supposed to instantly defeat the enemy leader at 3 stacks, but all enemy leaders persisted through 3 stacks. This includes when the enemy leader is a regular enemy or a GL enemy. In the end, my leader was instantly defeated at 3 stacks, even when the enemy leader was already at 3 stacks.
