I have Samsung S23+ (exynos CPU) and I don't have any crushes but... BUT! Loading screen (initial disney logo) takes much longer than before and when in game (only affects actual matches) the FPS is terribly low (to be honest if I was a new player I'd uninstall the game and forget about it). It feels like I'm playing on a 12 year old device. I think new update has a massive issue with optimisation.
