I was able to reproduce this on the new client. Will inform the studio and investigate the root cause.

I used two teams, SEE+Vader+Count Dooku and SEE+EP+Vader. I checked now tier V and tier IV, same issue, no ultimate bar and button, i did this tiers before last update and it worked correctly.
