Missing Paid Episode Pass - Support Confused It With "DINDJARIN" Promo Code
Hi everyone,
I am posting here because I haven't received a solution from EA Support after two days.
A few days ago, I purchased the premium Episode Pass in-game. My credit card was successfully charged, but the game crashed during the transaction, and the pass remains locked.
When I contacted EA Help, the automated system/agent completely misunderstood my issue. They saw the word "Mando/Pass" and assumed my ticket was about the recent global issue with the free "DINDJARIN" promo code. They closed my case by sending a 5-star The Mandalorian character to my inbox (which I already owned anyway).
My issue is NOT about the free promo code. I spent real money on a premium event pass and I still don't have the product I paid for. Web support told me they don't have the tools to help and sent me to the in-game team, but I am still waiting for a breakthrough.
