Shaak Ti not countering someone with taunt

Summarize your bug In Grand Arena, I was fighting a Geo team. I used Padme, General Kenobi, and Shaak Ti to counter them. When Shaak Ti would counter attack, she often would not actually counterattack the Geo Summon, despite the summon having taunt. For example, there were times she countered Geo Spy and Geo Soldier who attacked, despite them not having taunt on them. This really affected the outcome of the battle, because it meant that she did not dispel the taunt buff from the Geo Summon, which made it impossible to attack other members of the team even when if she had countered properly, the taunt would have been dispelled and other enemies would be open. By the way, I selected IOS, but I'm actually playing this in the PC client. I was not sure what that counts as.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try playing Shaak Ti against Geos to see if this behavior reoccurs.
