Shard Shop Currency missing

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform:Apple iPhone
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? iPhone 12 mini
OS Version 16.1

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Purchased Lightspeed bundles today. Received them from in game mail. Went into shard shop menu in game, where excess shards were shown to be converted into shard shop currency (>30000 SSC). Pressed green button, however, game crashes. After relaunching the game, neither excess shards nor shard shop currency could be found

Thank you for the report. Your report has been highlighted, and we are looking into it. However, this is an intended behaviour. You should not receive any additional shards for the units offered in the lightspeed bundles.

Same here, lost 19k shards. Here's a screen of (partial) shards that should have been converted.

After relaunching the game, neither excess shards nor shard shop currency could be found
