Shards not received for the Ithano event

The game was restarted during tier 1 of the Captain Ithano event. The event is now considered completed, but the 55 shards have not been distributed. Impossible to activate the character and therefore to continue progressing in the event, which represents a significant shortfall in terms of shards (55+10+5 per day). None of the online help solutions worked. Any help is welcome !
