Ship Banner Calculation is Misleading - With Proof
I have noticed and reported this issue before but didn't have any proof. I do now thanks to Calvin Awesome's latest GAC stream.

He starts at 1631 banners before doing ships. Gets a 74, 76, and 77.
1631 + 74 + 76 + 77 + 219 = 2077.
But in total he gets a 2078. I asked about it and someone in the chat said if the Profundity gets to its Ultimate, you get an extra unreported banner. So, I'm left with a few questions:
- Is this intentional?
- Do all capital ships have this extra banner if you get to its Ultimate, or is it limited to Profundity?
In the world of Kyber 1 GAC, a lot of battles end up being penny pinching of banners. I have lost by a single banner, tied (and lost), and won by a single banner. You can see this in my GAC history:

Did I win by mistake? Or should have I lost? I don't think I'm asking for much, just an understanding of how the banners are counted so I can plan my offense/defense accordingly.
