Summarize your bug The ship Energy pack isnt available in the store anymore and it should be there until Feb 13th. I'm in UTC+0 and I didn't buy the pack yet so no reason for it.

We've raised this to the studio now.

Hi all and sorry for the late reply.

We've checked with the team and they confirmed that the Ship Energy Pack was available from 02-08-2019 00:00 UTC to 02-12-2019 07:59 UTC. Unfortunately, there was a mistake in the patch notes. Sorry about that.

A mistake in the Patch notes for a week is NO EXCUSE. The patch notes detail the update and duration. It's not the players fault you had faulty notes. From a QA perspective, if I tell my client, opps, the document I just gave you that you used to plan, wasn't really right, so, sorry about that, I would have a lot of explaning to do. So my question is, what is going to be done to remedy the error?
