Ships tutorial

After losing my old account years ago I thought last night I’d give the game another shot and start fresh. I got to level 26 and got stuck on the ships tutorial and can’t click on the ship. I know I am not the only one having this problem. I can’t check my ally code because I can’t click on anything but what the tutorial wants.
