Sith Eternal Emperor Tier 3 Freeze

What type of issue do you have? Network/Connection
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Summarize your bug I was playing tier 3 of the sith eternal event (3rd play through) and the game froze and forced a restart , I lost the (60) tickets used to enter the event and the rewards (50 shards) for the event were not given.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I would like the 50 shards or 60 tickets sent to my inbox in game, i would prefer the shards as I moved mods to enter the event and moved them back after, so would have to do all that again to re-enter the event. I have previously passed the other 2 attempts and got the rewards (50 shards per attempt) this was going to be my final required attempted to complete this part of the unlock requirement's for the character.

    Unfortunately, we will be unable to refund any Dark side tickets that were used.You have only successfully completed Tier 3 twice so you can still earn shards from the tier of this event.

    We have checked the logs available to us and cannot see a reason for your freeze during Tier 3. Please make sure to have a strong and steady internet connection and also take a look at our troubleshooting guide to try and make sure this doesn't happen in the future. Hope this helps.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the reply, I have invested a large number of crystal income into these tickets that were wasted. I am currently spending 450 crystals a day refreshing energy along with natural energy accumulated. These 60 tickets took around 3/4 days to gather what amounts to around 1600-1800 crystals of investment. You value this level of investment around £20 in real currency, I would ask you again to look at my request to refund me the 60 tickets as this was a large recourse investment for me. I would be happy with the tickets and re attempting the event.

  • I am not one to make complaint about this game, and have endured many buffs on my multiple accounts since the beginning.  That being said the galactic legend characters are difficult enough to achieve without having to forfeit opportunities to progress.

    I also had a freeze issue. It occurred during transition from round I to round 2 during the cinematics (see attached screenshot).  Waited about 10 minutes to see if it would continue to load, then had to restart causing me to forfeit my tickets.  Please refund the 60 tickets as I have beaten this phase twice prior to this freeze.
