Sith triumvirate Bundle 5th message!

I bought a Sith triumvirate Lsb over a month ago maybe more, and I have wrote 5 messages regarding not receiving the bundle. For losing money due to an error with the game I would have hoped to get a better response. I’m hoping maybe you will see this message and actually give me the bundle. Here is so information below:
