Slice a bundle - error: ref. #OFFERNOTPURCHASABLE

The past 6 (might even be 7) slice a bundle on pc version have been unavailable for me due to this error. So far no response whatsoever.

Maybe a little help: I've noticed that the price i need to pay is different then the actual listed price. No fault of mine.... yet this prevents me from buying (or atleast the option to buy) the bundle.

So once again: ANY HELP/ SUGGESTION/ FEEDBACK????

  • Quick update, according to EA help this is a visual bug for non US currency users. Discounts are in place but not shown so that is the difference between end price. Good news.....HOWEVER i'm still getting the same error on every slice a bundle (pc version). When i try to buy the same slice a bundle on android version it works perfect.... So i guess that problem is solved as well....

  • Again Slice a bundle on pc app with the same error.... THE MATH AINT MATHING. Nothing to do with my card not working, This error happens BEFORE i enter my credentials/bankinfo etc. Its a mistake in the checkout system. For eleven straight slice a bundles. CG_Meathead​ 

  • New post following an 8 day contact with ingame support.

    Explained to them the situation, in fact i explained it multiple times over different days because i kept getting someone else responding the next day.
    I have a feeling these people do NOT understand the issue at hand so these are the screenshots i provided them:

    The last respond i got mentioned that it could be possible that my card was blocked after multiple attempts at purchasing the slice a bundle. As you can see from the screenshots i NEVER got to the point of paying. I got the error before even entering all my information to pay..... This is clearly a error in the pricing of the slice a bundle. So basicly it took the people 8 days to give me an "solution" to the wrong problem.
    Furthermore i was given an case id, that leads to nowhere, it does not show up in my cases and a search on help.ea.com leads to nowhere.

    So this is my final time asking for help, after been told by ingame support to ask it here EA_David​  

  • New bundle, and yes, 10th in a row i get this same error. NO RESPONSE

  • here we go again, o btw looked it up, it is in fact number 9, yes NINE in a row. Yes ANOTHER slice a bundle with the SAME ERROR and still NO solution, no response.... been waiting for a response through ingame help for days now. Apparantly even the help bot has given up....

    I simply cannot understand that a company relying on people buying things ignores a error in their store. You can argue its not affecting a lot of people, but i could argue back, how many don't come to the forum to ask for a solution.....

  • A yes, another slice a bundle and STILL the same ERROR: ref. offernotpurchasable. This makes it number 7 (or 8) in a row with the same error and over a month ago since i first reported this error..... Still NO solution or response.

    Absolute disgrace!!!!
