@skjohnson82 Man same thing happened to me. I used all my play points for the energy too. Was gonna unlock today. Shame.

Same here. Thought it was weird their icons floating all over the place. Then it locked up at the end. Did the up swipe a few times to get the paused message then tap the screen (sometimes that fixes my hangs), to no avail. Had to close the app down. Now out 60 tickets or 50 shards. Coulda been gearing him by now.

Also happening here. I filed a support ticket in the game and they basically told me there's nothing they can do about it.

Exact same issue last night after the update and daily reset. Out 120 tickets and they told me that I have only attempted the fight when I have currently won 4 times now. Seen multiple reports of the same issue since, so maybe they will actually look into the issue now

Same here, already lost 60 DS tokens and they are telling me to try again, like if the DS were free or something like that.

Status bars were floating, then event froze in place after battle and cut scene. Snow animations and nothing else.
Waited 25 minutes.
Did two 200 crystal refreshes plus 14.99 pack with the 350 energy.
and got shorted fifty shards.
Playing on ios. Talked to a nice person at EA who encouraged me to add my story to this thread in the hope that someone will take it seriously.

Same happened here, stuck on the same screen. Very frustrating as I was expecting to unlock today.
