SLKR Missing Ult Materials

Hello! As I was farming the ultimate materials for SLKR the game crashed at the end of one of my attempts and now I’m stuck at 9/10 ult materials so I can’t unlock his ultimate. Below are screenshots along with my ally code and any help with this would be appreciated. Thank you!
