Small galactic enchantment kit not applying to account

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Summarize your bug I saved up enough google play points to redeem the small galactic enchantment kit from the Google play store and it successfully sent it to my inbox in game, but when I accepted the reward in game the message disappeared and nothing was applied to my account. I received no gear, no crystals, or bonus energy. I took screenshots of my energy level still being the same. I don't have a screenshot of the ingame reward message because I didn't expect for this to not work. I also tried clicking on the restore purchases button but it did nothing. I really hope I receive my rewards that I've been saving up for.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If there's a way you can view my account crystal transaction history through my ally code, then you'll notice I received no rewards. I have no real of proving this besides my email confirmation & limited screenshots

From what we can see checking your account, it looks like you did receive the rewards from the bundle.

Sometimes there can be a delay with receiving the packs purchased with Google Play Points. This is out of our control.

We have checked your account and it looks like you received the Small Galactic Enhancement Kit on 1/02/2021 at 10:58:41pm UTC.

Hello,
Yes I received the reward message inside galaxy of heroes, but when I accepted the message none of the rewards applied to my account. That is strange & I noticed because my energy levels remained exactly the same. I did not receive the 150 energy boost, crystals, or anything else. I even clicked on the "restore purchases" button but it did nothing. The reward message is gone with no way for me try & accept the rewards again through the galaxy of heroes in-game inbox.
