Solution to Jar Jar T4 bug I discovered

In T4, my Jar jar would get instant killed before the battle would begin , during the battle as well if I survived the first attack. With a generator up, he shouldn't die. 

I found a solution. Change the game speed. X4 was what I normally play on. I switched it to x2 and was able to finish the Jar Jar event.
