Stance bug, will it ever be fixed?

I've seen this in a rare few other cases, but this ALWAYS happens when I use Nightsisters to counter Jabba. It's annoying because I can't see Asajj's health/protection and her attack animation takes so much longer while the game freaks out because she's laying on the ground. This counter to Jabba takes a while so wasting a lot of time on bugged animations is frustrating.
