Star Wars Galaxy Of Heroes bug - Unreceived Darth Revan Shards

I completed the Darth Revan journey recently, and was really excited. Then i found out i was missing 55 shards, but i had fully completed the journey.

Now i cant unlock him it just says that im 55 shards short. I Googled it and found out it has happened for others to. It happens when you complete a chapter of the journey and then the game crash, right when you complete it.
