Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes infinity loading screen

Hello! I have a loading issue in Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes after completing the tutorial battle.

On PC (EA App), the game gets stuck at 87 MB out of 110 MB on the Loading Cantina screen. On my phone, it gets stuck at 85 MB out of 98 MB.

Both devices use the same communal Wi-Fi network in Surte, Sweden. Other internet services work normally. I repaired the game through EA App, restarted it, and checked Windows Firewall, but the issue persists. The game process still receives network data even when the loading progress does not move.

Could you please check whether this is a server-side issue or a problem downloading a specific game resource?
