Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes Login Issue

I keep getting an error when I try to sign in.  I haven't played in a long time and just installed the game again.  I chose to delete my account, and it seems to have worked.  When I go to connect my account back up with EA login and the game, I get the passcode in my email just fine.  I then go to the Connect button, enter the passcode, and I get the following "ErrorCode: 9.0".  How do I connect my account?  Thank you for any help.
