SWGOH PADME LSB BUG

Yesterday I have bought the padme lsb with the relic 5 characters but after I bought the lsb on  android in google play store  instead of getting these characters on relic 5 I got 3528 crystals whitch I dont want.

I would like to get those characters or get a refund.
