Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes: Not compatible on old device. Account Transfer?

Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes is not compatible on my old device where I had a saved account. Device was an iOS device. I have the player ID. Is it possible to restore progress on a new Android device? ...

In that case an advisor is going to need to assist with this. If it's been more than a day, try opening another case. That can be done here.

None of these would work because I cannot link the two devices. I already asked for assistance in the in-game help and they are not responding.

Is it possible to restore progress on a new device with only player ID?
