Star Wars Galaxy of Hero's update 0.12.1
So it appears after applying the latest patch (0.12.1) my game on my device was replaced by something else and I lost all progress in the game. I was lvl 83 and had multiple 7-star characters, but now it shows my highest lvl character is 38 and i've lost access to all parts of the game such as galactic wars, ships, and the shard store.
I have a ticket opened with ea about this, I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if it was resolved?
