Star wars heroes deleted google play acount

I,ve used link option to get my sons account from ipod to android tablet. The game asked me if i want to delete my account. I thought that thos means only for that device andnot for my phone too. So deleted my account. My sons game was linked and his game replaced mine in both devices. So now his account is assocuated with my ggoogleplay account. I cant start my game which i play from the begiming and have payed allot of real ammount. The interesting thing is that my characters are still visible from my guild mates and in swgoh.gg. Can someone help me restore my account but saving my sons too.

    The linking is technically overwriting the other account. So yea, you pretty much deleted your own account. You'll probably get more help by calling them up and preparing various information that can prove you are the owner, i.e. Player ID / Purchase History.

    I did several times. Give them every information they need. Even my paymants to game. Still the are saying that cant restore it. I wander what will happen if a disaster delete allot of accounts. They must have back up.
    And from google told me the same. They must use google cloud. And my char is still visibel in game in guild and in swgoh.gg

    Ich habe das gleiche Problem und warte jetzt 2 Wochen darauf, dass der Account wieder hergestellt wird. Auch ich habe viel Geld in den Account investiert. Das ist so traurig und armselig von EA, dass sie das nicht hinbekommen

    I did the same thing not realizing just how bad the outcome would be. There's no way they can let my account be pretty much dead like that with all the time, and more importantly money, that I've spent. I don't want to lose that account, nor do I want to have to contact Google regarding this issue. Would rather them fix it.

    I still think that its possible to restore my account. Today saw in swogh.gg that my arena rank is changed. Thst means tha my chatacter is ingame and it is fighting in arena. So its matter of will fromEA to rrstore it. Everythink that is needed is visible in swogh.gg. And onemore tning. Every game is aprogram. And program is written by people. So that people can write my characters program again 🙂.

    This picture is after deleying account. Now my arena rank is 231. So how deleted character still playes in game.

    I have the same problem, and I am really angry, because at the time of the transfer of accounts, nowhere does it mention that the data will be overwritten or that the data will be permanently deleted, the technical service tells me that There is nothing to do. I have invested a lot of time and money so that an error of them makes all my progress go away

    The game is a program. And if they can give to the moderators which are testing new characters gear 12 an 7* chars without real evolving,they can give as a new account but with our characters. I think they just don want to work. So i think to seek contacts with some of the chiefs of EA or write about this lack of interest of gamers problems in youtube' facebook and other places, so more people to know that EA think only for money and not for the gamers.

    EA are mocking with me. For 3th time after my last letter they ask me if i have any other question and afyer my reply that i have they the answer 3 times is that the letter is not delivered some problem with the sistem.
