Stolen money

Hey I posted a couple days ago about an episode pass I bought that never processed. I’ve tried all the solutions tech support gave me (press refresh purchase) and it didn’t work. I’ve waited for a few days for tech support to get back to me and nothing has happened. That’s $62 that I’ve lost with nothing to show for it.

i have all the receipts, and transaction proof on my bank account.

I’d really appreciate this getting resolved
