Struggling to start game and missing rewards

Since last night, 2nd june 2025, i am not able to start up the game. 

I keep getting an error messages saying connection lost, session expired either someone logged in or its been 24 hours since last log in etc etc. 

Have tried to uninstall and reinstall the game, but no success, still get the same problem. 

I will be losing out on daily rewards, i cant help my guild in territory war and collect rewards, cant collect raid rewards and i cant sign up for galactic arena. So lost of rewards here have been missed through no fault of my own. 

Help please, how does this get fixed and how are we going to be compensated for the missed rewards?
