Stuck at 9/10 ultimate supreme leader kylo

Reposting as unresolved after 2 weeks

My game crashed on the 9th (?) battle on the final tier in thr SLKR event. After completing battle the battle again, the game decided that I had completed the event and stopped giving rewards or letting me earn or spend DS tickets, although it still said I was at 9/10 ultimate materials.

I saw this problem was solved after being posted on here earlier.
