We reset your Jedi Consular and send you the materials he had equipped to your inbox. You should be able to claim them after you finished the Training tutorial. The additionally acquired Training droids (60 x T1 and 6 x T2) were sent to your mailbox as well.
Thank you that kinda helped but also kind of made it worse as until I have unlocked the Jedi counsel I am trapped in a loop unable to do anything else other than trying to farm his shards
