Stuck in wrong region.

I live in the UK and have been wondering why I have never seen the 500 crystal offers, not in game pc or mobile, nor in webstore.  Reading up, these aren't available to those who live in Belgium. Coincidentally when I search for guilds in game most are Belgian, hence I am currently in a Belgian guild. I have been to Belgium on holiday  and when I signed up I could have been in Belgium. Is there a way to change my region to the UK?
