The game wants me to level up Ahsoka Tano using newly acquired training droids but I do not have Ahsoka unlocked. I believe this is happening because of the new starting hero changes. The game gave my Jedi Consular, Clone Wars Chewbacca and Clone Sergeant, not the new ones like Anakin and Ahsoka.

Some changes were made to prevent more players getting affected by the account reset issue. Once this has been resolved, you should then get the required character to progress.
