Re: Banned Account and Appeals

To the relevant authority,

I am writing to formally appeal the ban imposed on my account. I have been working on this issue for months. I have never used cheats, third-party software, or engaged in toxic behavior/abusive language. Despite my continuous efforts to resolve this issue, my account remains restricted.What makes this situation even more frustrating is the lack of action taken against those who openly cheat in Fleet Arena. I have repeatedly reported a player who consistently ranked in the top 10 against high-level Leviathan builds. This is mathematically and mechanically impossible under normal game conditions, yet no action has been taken against this player while my legitimate account remains banned.I can still access the game from other platforms, but this "banned" status prevents me from playing on my computer. I request that my case be manually reviewed by an expert. If this forum or support channel cannot provide direct assistance, please forward this request to the relevant department.I am a dedicated player who values ​​fair play and expects the same level of integrity from the game's moderation system

Note: The incident involving the ship occurred because of another account I own.

    I presume if you if this has been going on for months, you've filled out a form?

    If not, what have you been doing?  If yes, this is reviewed by real people (who know the game, not support) and I guess they've made a decision.  Note, they do not inform you directly on their decision.

    Is that the right ally code? Hard to see how you've been banned for months if you participated in GAC 10 days ago.

    If you can access the account from other devices it isn’t banned for cheating or anything else. Is it the EA ID that’s banned?

    The ally code is correct, it's my third account and it's been like this for a long time.

    You can access the game from the phone, or the account in question? Because if you can access the account, you are not banned. Sounds like something going on with your PC. Make sure you are logged into the right EA account on the app. Maybe even try repairing the EA app.

    If it looks like some kind of ban on the EA account that prevents you from accessing any game via the app, you will need to contact general EA support, not CG's team for this game.

    ıt seems like my account is locked on both my pc and web store only way ı can play is via my phone ı am having trouble accessing it from any other platform

    If you can play on your phone, it doesn't sound like this is a SWGOH/CG ban.

    It sounds more like an issue with certain EA websites or even a firewall issue.

    I can access my other accounts from the same phone and computer i think if there was a firewall, I wouldnt be able to access my other accounts either

    I'd have thought you'd have given your monthly update on that post rather than starting a new one.  However, I was getting a bit of deja vu.

    Again, whatever that's going on is between you and EA, not CG.  Absolutely pointless posting here.
