Sun fac only applying crit down 10 times a battle

Hi, so I was playing conquest and trying to cheese some feats, especially the crit down global. Sun fac applies it when he attacks out of turn, and since he’s a geo that’s literally every turn. The problem is, after he applies it about 10 times, he just stops applying it for the rest of the fight.
