Support changed my Payout Times
I had contacted EA support via IN game help to ask if the game ever took into account Daylight Savings time changes. I didn't like my new Daily Activities Time, so I used my last change to put it from 12am to 8pm. After 2 weeks they responded to me and said " I have successfully changed it to previous Time Zone ". I did not want my times changed. They changed it without my permission. I asked to please revert it back to what I had before their change and they told me that they can't help me anymore because only a 1 time goodwill. Why should I have to wait 1 year to be able to play the game at the time I want. I contacted customer support Via Live Chat again, and they told me they couldn't help me either because " I " accidentally changed my time and they had already helped me. First they change my game without my permission then they blame me. Is there anyone that can please help me. I beg you. Thank you

I'm afraid this is not something we're able to assist with via the forums.
Given you were just trying to get more information and had not initially asked for this to be changed for you however, I would definitely suggest reaching out to an advisor again, as they'd be the only ones able to look into getting this reverted for you.
