Suspicious activity (hacked account)

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform: Apple iPhone
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? iPhone Xs Max and Win PC
OS Version 18.3.2
Ally Code: 146-729-453
What type of issue do you have? Other
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug: Suspicious activity on account. Yesterday I received  massege from my guildmates saying my account had changed its name and left the guild at 17:30 aproximatly. I have changed my EA connected account password and my email password. After that I have rejoined my guild. Shortly after that I have started receiving the "Connect Lost: Your session has expired. Either another device has logged into this account, or it has been 24 hours since you last logged in" error pop-up. This person has one more time left my guild, is changing my modules assignment and affecting my ability to access the game. I have already changed my EA account password, my email password and my IOS gamecenter password. I have done this and I have 2-step verification already set up and I can see that my game account is linked to my EA account. But this person who has access to my account still can get in no problem (I have received 2 masseges "Connect Lost: Your session has expired. Either another device has logged into this account.") and left the guild again last night.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This looks like an issue that many on these forums and in the SWGOH community have faced. I believe this is similar to lot of similar posts on these forums as well. It seems as though someone was able to access my account randomly through a glitch in the guest account functionality and now they are just taking over my account. I don't know how to reproduce this, but I do know that the video linked above and the many posts regarding this same issue means this is something that CG/SWGOH devs have handled before.

Hi there. It would be good to contact an advisor to make sure your account is secured. Please use the instructions here for contacting support. Thank you.

  • I have emailed to advisor. They have given me zero new information.

I have already changed my passwords to EA account, email and IOS gamecenter, I have cleared my browser and cookies story. I’ve made it two times. I have unlinked and linked my EA account.  It’s not effective.

Today hacker kicked me off my account twice. He has joined twice a day 2 random guilds.

I know that there is a certain glitch in game -  when entering in a guest account mode a player can be moved to random existing account. I’m pretty sure that someone has linked to my account and maybe he has linked it to google play account or something else. But this hacker still easily can enter my account. It seems to be one person cause his actions are the same each time, it’s a pattern.

Can a receive a certain help and not another link to a helpless “how to” topic?

Unfortunately, we can't help with hacked accounts over the EA Forums. You'll need to contact an advisor again by opening a case here.
