SWGOH Account Stolen/Hacked

Summarize your bug Suspicious activity on account. 2 days ago I woke up to some messages on Discord from guildmates saying my account had changed its name and left the guild at 3:30am my time. Shortly after that I begin receiving the "Connect Lost: Your session has expired. Either another device has logged into this account, or it has been 24 hours since you last logged in" error pop-up. This person that has hacked/accessed my account is using my crystals & resources, changed my username and affecting my ability to access the game. I have reached out to EA customer service and submitted several tickets, to which they have just recommended I change my iOS/Game Center password. I have done this and I have 2-step verification already set up, but this person who has access to my account still can get in no problem and has changed my username and left the guild again last night.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This looks like an issue that many on these forums and in the SWGOH community have faced, including some of the top content creators (Youtube Video from Ahnaldt101 experiencing this issue: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TaH_hRACEuA&t=158s). I believe this is similar to the post from kimraehoon on these forums from August as well (who also mentioned another forum post from dwillmer). It seems as though someone was able to access my account randomly through a glitch in the guest account functionality and now they are just taking over my account. I don't know how to reproduce this, but I do know that the video linked above and the many posts regarding this same issue means this is something that CG/SWGOH devs have handled before.

Despite all my efforts to secure my account with everything in my power, and using all the recommendations from EA customer/technical support - the hacker still has access to my account and still continues to change my name, leave my guild and use my resources after I try rectifying the issue during my day. I have followed all the advice the EA support teams have told me, and after changing my passwords I disconnected all devices associated before re-logging in to my account. I personally don't know what additional steps I can take at this point so I am hoping someone from the dev team can lend a hand. From previous posts it looks like @EA_UltraSlide was able to assist people. I know youtuber Ahnaldt101 experienced this issue less than a month ago himself and was able to work with CG reps and devs to solve this problem and ensure his account was secured. Hopefully this post can help any future players that are experiencing this issue and feel like they are also out of options. Thank you for your assistance in advance.
