SWGOH Apple Giftcard Promotion

Hi there,

I recently bought a $25 gift card online from Target using the same email I have for my swgoh account. When I redeemed my gift card on my iphone I got a pop up for the swgoh promo. I clicked accept and thought everything was good to go. Unfortunately I have not received the promo in game after 12+ hours. I removed swgoh from my phone, restarted it, and re-downloaded the app but that did not work. 

I do have a different email connected to my apple ID, and I use the email I purchased the gift card with on GameCenter to log into swgoh on my phone. I haven't played on the swgoh account connected to my apple ID in years, and I'm wondering if the promo got sent to that account instead? 

Last time this promo happened I was able to redeem both the $25 and $50 apple gift cards with no issue on my GameCenter linked account. 

Please let me know if there is anyway I can redeem the promo on my account tied to the email I purchased the apple gift card with. I would like to also purchase the $50 gift card for that promo, but I can't do it until I know I will actually receive the promo rewards in my account.
