Summarize your bug When the day on my account was updated to October 19, I had neither a notification about the upcoming event for bonus shards, nor the event itself. I bought all the energies three times for 50 crystals, bought cantina energy once and spent it. About half an hour later, I received both a notification and the event itself, the time of which was counted from my update of the day. I consider this unfair and expect compensation.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I really don't know because I think this is a unique case

This was fixed with a hotfix.
