This was fixed with a hotfix.
How would the company know when you want to buy energy and when you will spend based on when they make announcements? They are not psychic and you spent the energy.
I’m sorry the timing was that horrible but it wasn’t their fault. The energy is gone.
The fact is that the bonus event began when the update of the day had already passed. The timing was terrible and it was their fault, because previous events were announced in advance. You don’t have to be a psychic to understand that the 19th has already arrived; it’s enough to make an announcement earlier. Or make an announcement now and start the event on the 20th.
This turns out to be a situation where some players simply lost 1 day of bonus farming, in contrast to the other part who, after the announcement, were able to purchase additional energy on the day BEFORE the event and have +720 energy in stock at the start of the event. Balanced.
Half my guild manage to receive bonus drops. Because of my reset times, I was not able to do this. Therefore I have lost out on a days worth of bonus drops compared to others and have therefore been disadvantaged.
