Swgoh cant download new client

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform:Apple iPad
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? IPad mini
OS Version 11.2.5

What type of issue do you have? Other
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Starting the game after TU12 was released. I get the message ‘there is a new client available’, and a button to open app store. But the app store shows no new updates, just a button to open the app. So I cant open the game.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? See above

Cant really add more... new client available but there isnt...

  • Try uninstalling the game and to then re-install it. This way when you re-install the game you will automatically have the latest version. If this doesn't work then its probably a problem in regards to the region your in and the app store.

    Hello Guys!

    As from yesterday, It was working and suddently I am having the same issue on an iPhone X with the latest iOS and the app updated. I already have uninstalled and re-installed, and also I have done that while rebooting the iPhone.

    My geographic localization is in Portugal.

    The temporary solution is to change your iOS language to the same as your AppStore location language.
