EA_Aljo Reinstall the game is not a solution, so this problem is not solved still. I tried this thing and not works. A lot of players tried the same and not works. After open the game, says "Disney" during 1 second and then crashes. I'm using BlueStacks 5.21 Lite, I tried in 2 different PCs with same BlueStacks and happens the same. This happened after the update, before the update was working correctly.
Community ManagerCan you try using the PC version through the EA App instead of BlueStacks? BlueStacks is not officially supported so we can't help with that.
Some people have been able to delete, reinstall and restart to play again. Of course, that's not working for everyone. We're still working to get this resolved.
When is the community getting a formal response with fix?? Appreciate your messages but they are not what we all want. Pass this to the bosses to deal with! They get paid for it

This is not an error because of BlueStacks, this is an error because of the game, as happened just after the update, and is not only happening in emulators, also in Android phones it seems. But well, you reported it already, so I suppose they are investigating it.
