Actually the issue this post was originally made for was in fact fixed, and it wasn’t just CG that caused the issue. So I’ll start with the fix they did, which was update unity. Unity is something that shouldn’t be updated frequently, because that unity update helped cause the issues the game is having as I type this. Updating unity is not something you should do often, and many games never update unity, if just became essential since this game has been around so long. And they do compensate for some issues. Depending on the nature of the issue, contacting support may get you the reward. Something like a TB mission? No way they do that since that’s guild wide. Missing raid rewards? Easy fix. Also, in no way is it fraudulent to not compensate. And they are actually very honest if you head over to the SWGOH Events discord server. Only the essentials are put on the forums, but he has taken feedback about doing more announcements on the forums.
So are you saying that they did provide a fix?
Because my game is still having issues with random crashing (Google Pixel 7Pro).
