How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Every time I try to log in to the web store I get an error/retry issue. This has only been happening since the web store redesign, I was able to log in to the web store daily for months before that. My account is not underage, I’ve been playing for several months now, and my account is definitely linked in-game with the email I provide to log-in to the web store. I have only ever had one account, the one I am trying to log into.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know if you can access it yourself since it’s an issue with my account. However, I will provide a screenshot of the error screen, and proof that my account is indeed connected.

Signed in and connected with EA connect as well as with my Apple account.
