SWGOH Marquee event shard discrepancy

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

Lvl 80+ characters are not getting as many shards in the marquee event as lvl 79 and lower. Lvl 79 and under end with a 3* character 15/30 and lvl 80+ end with a 3* character 0/30

UPDATE

Appreciate your patience and understanding as our team looked into this. We have a scheduled Hotfix slated for today, but once that's been pushed, a server fix will be pushed later today to address the following:

Inbox grant of Missing Holdo/Rose Marquee Event Shards for players who completed Tier 4 of the Event.

I'll update this thread further once this server fix has been successfully pushed.

I am having the same issue. Competed both Rose and Holdo events, all tiers, now at 0/30 for both characters.

I posted about this in the general discussion forum. It was promptly moved to the archives and I was told to contact EA. I did that and they told me to post in the forums.

This is very unequal treatment. Needs to be addressed.

Same thing here, mods will not allow me to post in forums, and answers HQ/ EA Help are the biggest customer service joke I’ve ever seen. Nobody honestly looks at these and it sucks having an issue you want resolved

You can do what I did and try messaging the developers directly on the forums, I messaged CG_Kozispoon but I have heard nothing back

I too have noticed this. My fiance is level 71 and has 3 star Rose and Holdo with 15/30 shards towards 4 starring them. I am level 85 and have 3 star Rose and Holdo with 0/30 shards towards 4 starring them both. In every other marquee event I could purchase the packs with money, which I have, and get them to the next star level but this one I cannot.

Same issue. Both Rose and Holdo are 0/30 which means I will not be purchasing the pack since 25 shards does nothing to get them to 4 star which non 85s obviously get to do.

Mods won’t allow this in the forum, CG_Kozisoon is also closing threads about this, and your response is to post in threads.

I think we are screwed. I posted a Battlefront 2 bug here in the end of December and it has not been responded to or resolved
