UPDATE

Appreciate your patience and understanding as our team looked into this. We have a scheduled Hotfix slated for today, but once that's been pushed, a server fix will be pushed later today to address the following:

Inbox grant of Missing Holdo/Rose Marquee Event Shards for players who completed Tier 4 of the Event.

I'll update this thread further once this server fix has been successfully pushed.

I suppose this may be CG's strategy to compensate newer players a little for the marquee events they missed in the past, as they will never come back and those newer players will always be short of the shards (for other characters) that older players got for free back then (e.g. Phoenix, First Order, Sith, Nightsisters etc).
I even find that kind of fair, but it should be openly communicated then.
