    Hi @uncheelz11 

    The team is aware and are still working on this issue.

    A fix was included with a previous release, but was not fully successful.

    Please see the fixes section of Content Update: 10/27/2021.

    "AUDIO - Fixed issue in which audio/video from Netflix, Twitch, and Audible would not continue to play when the Galaxy of Heroes app was opened."

A lot of games do this - instead of having competing sound/music (at least until you turn the in-game sounds off), they simply have the in-game music cut-off sounds from other apps. I doubt that it's going to change anytime soon, sorry.
