Swgoh webstore problems

Made a new swgoh account and didn’t realize the EA account I linked was linked to another swgoh account, so the webstore only recognizes the old one and I cannot unlink the new one. When I tried to get help from both the in game help and ea help .com, they both told me to go to the other one and were very useless
