Talzin was revived in P4 of Sith raid without the ability to use "Soothe All"

Hello, in Sith Raid (Tier IV) I was using a Nightsister team with Old Daka & Mother Talzin at the end of Phase 3.

When I only needed to attack Traya one more time to move to Phase 4 my Mother Talzin died.

When I entered Phase 4 I revived Mother Talzin with Old Daka and Mother Talzin was revived without the ability to use "Soothe All".

Not sure if this has been experienced before by other players, or if its a minor issue in general since that scenario is unlikely to happen to most people.
