I was just able to resolve it just now. Leaving what worked for me here just in case it works for you.
I found this resolution on a support Discord.
First, force quit the app on your iOS device. Then re-launch it and go the the cog at the top left, and select the Restore Purchases option and wait a day or two. You should get the rewards you're owed.
- @Comrade1809 I'm confused. Post 6, you are in the same boat. Post 7, it was resolved within less than 1 hour and 15 minutes?
I was fortunate to find someone on Discord that had a similar experience and they helped me in that time.
