TARKINS INTIMIDATION TACTICS DOESNT TRIGGER REBEL ALLIE ATTACK UNDER ACKBAR LEAD

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I was using tarkin under ackbar lead, with Thrawn, fulcrum, and Ezra during the heroic rancor raid. Whenever an ally uses a non attacking special, a rebel ally is supposed to attack. When I use tarkins intimidation tactics on the gamorean guards, neither ackbar, fulcrum, or Ezra attack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fix the bug to make a rebel attack

    No damage does not mean non Attack. Debuffs and TMR count as Attacks too. 

    Btw, it doesn’t only apply to Specials. Hermit Yoda Basic is not an Attack and triggers the Leadership ability.

    No damage does mean no attack.

    Definition of attack for English Language : a violent, harmful, or destructive act against someone or something.

    I can only tell you how the game mechanics work, if you have a problem with the language used, you'd have to take it up with EA/CG.

    And by your definition, inflicting a debuff constitutes a harmful act against someone and thus is an Attack.
